Today mp pc isnt working normally, when i when to play my games ( counter strike global offensive i wasnt getting my normal fps, my fps would drop from the usual 120-180 to 60-98 fps, ive tried adjusting the setting to all of the lowest but that didnt help my fps stayed the same, i made sure i didnt have v-sync on and it wasnt on, i triend playing another game black ops 3, on that game i had my usual fps which was 60 so i thought it could just be csgo, so i tried playing gtav, but on gtav i was getting a little lag thats different because i dont lag on gtav , ive tried asking my friends if theya re getting less fps on games but they said no because i thought it could be a problem with steam, ive tried restarting my pc and updating my frivers but nothing helps, my pc specs are GTX 960,AMD quadcore 3.8hz, and 16 gb ram, 1tb 7200 rpm hd, and 500w power supply, i only got his problem today please help!!!

Check your system restore points and go back to a time before this started. Maybe a Windows Update caused this.
