Hi guys. I am not certain the problem is in motherboard, however I am sure it is(plug in/out deduction) in mobo so I am posting here.

My friend and I were cleaning entire pcs yesterday and replacing thermal pastes on CPU coolers. After that I tested my pc and it worked fine. I went out for several hours, came home, and pc wouldn't start. Specifically, it would turn on, fans would start spinning, check lamp for CPU would turn on and off, after that RAM LED check light would turn on and briefly after that pc would shut down. After 5-10 seconds delay, it would automatically turn on again, and the whole process would repeat, all until I'd plug it out or turn of manually PSU.
The only thing I did before I tried using PC after returning home is trying to adjust top case fan(as I use rubber pins for that one). I believe you know I had to struggle with it, however I believe I did not damage anything else in the process.

My RAM were inserted in slots A2/B2 as it is recommended in mobo manual. I tried inserting RAM 1 and RAM 2 separately in B1 slot and pc would boot and come to login screen(Windows 10) both times. I didn't test it further, but I believe in that case they both work fine alone.

Also, when I would put RAM in slots A1/B1, pc would turn on and hardware would seemingly work, however RAM LED check light would turn on and it would stay on and there would be no display on the monitor, although pc wouldn't shut down as stated before.

Now I've put RAM in B1/B2 slots and pc recognizes it both in BIOS and in System properties, although I am not sure if it runs properly(dual?) as it would if they were in A2/B2 as recommended. So far pc stay turned on, didn't stress test it yet, first thing I wanted to do is post the problem here.

I need advice here; can you deduce out of all this what is the problem, RAM, mobo, or maybe CPU(I read something here on forums about that as well)? Assuming the problem is obvious, do I send the component(/s?) to the vendor or what action would you recommend?(note that I bought pc parts from different vendors so I can't send it all to one shop)

ps: I read here on forums that some guy had issue with same motherboard and RAM wouldn't work and it turned out a pin under CPU was bent, however after he(or his vendor) straightened it out it worked perfectly. After reading that I removed CPU and checked its plug and CPU itself but I could not find any abnormalities.
