Hey, I bought a new computer and whenever I'm playing games (doesn't matter which one) I get small (half a second) lag spikes every few minutes (usually occurs when some action happens). It's not a big deal but it gets quite annoying espeically since this is a new computer and almost a fresh installation of OS(no useless programs, useless data on disc etc).
CPU Temperature doesn't go above 40°C which I find quite weird. HDD also doesn't go above 40% of usage.
GPU: NVIDIA GeFroce GTX 960
CPU: i5-4460 3,2GHz QuadCore
RAM: 8GB
HDD: 1TB
SDD: 120GB
