i accidentally deleted my sound, video and game controllers

basically how ive managed to do this is because of an ongoing problem that ive had for about 1 year and a half now and not one member of the PC/gaming community will give me a straight answer about. the issue is when i play any of these games ARK: survival evolved, rocket league, rust, garry's mod and counter strike at some point during my play session i will need to communicate in some way, so i use the push to talk key then my game will freeze for anything up to 25 seconds before it recovers an ill be dead, or the other team score or what ever i was going to say i would have completely forgot because of how angry this is making me i literally cant communicate with anyone. so if anyone knows how to fix that issue please FFS tell me its been over a year and nobody will help me. and that brings me to my new issue i made today trying to fix the mic freezing games issue i have accidentally deleted my sound, video and game controller devices so now i have no sound at all, i tried to go back into playback devices and theres nothing there now even when i click show disabled devices and disconnected devices need a fix for both these EXTREMELY ANNOYING ISSUES !!! please help

thanks BadActor you fixed my device manager problem but i updated my drivers with that program and its still freezing im think im seriously just considering buying a new pc just to fix it its been over a year and its still not fixed ive bought 2 different headsets to fix it as well still didn't help
