How much are you willing to spend? I could suggest upgrades that cost $150 or I could suggest $1500 ones. We need a budget to work in :).

With AMD, ITX builds are a no no unfortunatly :(. There are literally no ITX AM3+ mothebroards!

The best you can do is the Thermaltake Core V21:

Very good case, plenty of ventilation, cheap but doesn't cheap out on important features and most importantly supports mATX motherboards.

And please, please, PLEASE change that PSU. It is absolutely one of the worst ones available. Even though your system is relatively low power, I won't trust it. Get a Seasonic 350W PSU - it's cheap, excellent quality and will last much longer.

i kinda like that Thermaltake Core V21 also in my main PC i just upgraded my old R9 270x with a R9 390 might put the 270x in that pc to give it more kick and oh yes xD the PSU in it ive always worried about if i change it out i want to get one that could power the R9 270x
think i could turn my old pc into a fairly decent like lan/ travel pc :)

whats a good psu that would run it all thought about an EVGA one ( i have a EVGA superNOVA in my main pc with no problems at all with it :)
