I replaced my CPU and after several hours of toubleshooting I have figured out that it will only boot with 1-3 RAM sticks in and will not boot with the 4th in. I have tried numerous combinations and know all four sticks work. But all four will not work with the new CPU in. I am using two sets of RAM from different manufactures, could that be the issue? I don't think my PSU isnt providing enough power for the fourth stick because i ran a power calculator and I should be fine with the PSU I have. Any help or explanation will be appreciated. Here is my specs, I jotted them down in word, so if you need more specific specs ask and I can run a program or something to get them.

P.S. With all 4 sticks in I did get it to post bios 3-4 times out of 50 and actually began to start windows once but it crashed before it could finish. Actually my screen went black and loud screeching came from my hdmi screen, so i shut it down. But, most times I can't even get anything on the screen, just black with fans running.

Solution
It actually looks like the extra RAM was requiring more from the CPU and increasing heat enough to cause crashes. After cleaning and reapplying thermal compound for the 5th time... It is now working!
