Means the performance of i3-2100 and FX-8320 will be same with GTX 750TI??
I don't thing so.

in-game performance from an i3 to an 8320 will not yield any tangible results. i've seen games where an i3 is neck on neck with an 8320 (can't find the links though but it's out there). bf4 is the only outlier that i remember where the 8320 sweeps the floor with an i3.

right now best bet would be the 750ti as it consumes considerably less power than the 260x. has adaptive vsync too.

I agree, 750 ti is better. But AMD has Dynamic Vsync which is basically the same thing.

not in driver though, not sure if radeonpro even runs with crimson. and not every game runs with radeonpro in the background.

Ok friends,
Thank for the suggetions but lots of manufacturers are making GTX 750ti (like zotac, asus, msi) (also single fan, twin fan).
So which will be better for my i3-2100?

If you aren't interested in overclocking then get whichever is cheapest. If you are, then get a twin fan model with a 6pin pci-e connector, brand doesn't really matter.
