Windows 8.1 Ethernet is not working???????!!!!!!

Hey so my Ethernet has stopped working in the past and It usually says not a valid IP address and default gateway not available, It just has started with that error as I was playing csgo the internet went out JUST ON MY COMPUTER and works on all other devices. Refreshed my PC already. I have tried everything I looked up everything. I need help!!!

Try rebooting the router also, and try a different port on the router. Are there link lights on the network connection? Is it set to DHCP? Do you get an error message when you tried the ipconfig /renew command?

Ive tried lp relase renew, restarted modem, ip config, uninstalled reinstalled drivers, plugged a new ethernet cable in,
