Sapphire Nitro Radeon R9 390 model #: 100382NTOC-2L
Asrock 970 extreme 4 AM3+/AM3 AMD 970 + SB950
I can't flash BIOS and when everything is plugged in I don't get any display on my monitor. The Dr. Debug is displaying 00. I tried clearing CMOS but still nothing.
