How do you know there is an air lock?
Two possible solutions come to mind .
The first is to connect the pump to the appropriate volyage and just leave it pumping
The second is gravity . Arrange it so the bubble will float to the top of the radiator
So would I do the psu jump and just have the pump running to work the bubble out?
Probably, after a while the bubble will move to the highest point it can settle at and then stay there .
Is there anything in the manual about refilling the unit?
I havent used one . My advice is based more on running a $30 million dollar factory that is filled with a couple of million litres of tanks , hundreds of pumps and thousands of valves
So in general mounting the unit so the top of the radiator is the highest point and running the pump should work your air lock out .
