I am hoping someone maybe able to advise.
My other in law has the above laptop and she called me round for some assistance with it.
I rebooted laptop and was greeted with a black background with with rectangle which said 'Enter Password' - this to me seems like a bios, but when I enter a password it then goes to a red rectangle (it doesnt look like th normal blue screen - is what I mean).
She says she has never set the bios password and would not know what it was, so I have a bit of a problem. Any Ideas if this sounds like a BIOS password, and if so how I can get past it?
