Is watercooling worth it

Solution
i think that kracken x61 is on has been on sale and it is not a bad cooler, it is still worth it, solong it fits in your case, even if you dont overclock, it will keep you cpu overall cooler and preserve its life longer. and if you do ever decide to overclock you will already have cooler in place to do so. over all having a 240cooler is much better than haveing a small 120double one.
it is capable of crcualteing a giving off alot more heat than the 120(41x) and at less noise /lower RPM , the 120 would be a push pull config and would still not reach the low temps and silence of the 240(61x).

so definatly worthi it

Admirable
Even for over-clocking, water cooling is seldom 'worth it' and is really only even necessary as you approach the extreme end:

And I say this as an avid 'water-works' person :)

That said, both of those are nice coolers and if you have the room then going for the bigger one is nice as it dissipates more heat more efficiently, and as a result can keep fans running at lower RPMs.....so it's quieter.
