Hey guys. I'm a huge fan of rome 2 and have put in over a thousand hours into the game and I love it. But here's the issue I'm facing and this has been going on for quite a while. I can run the game on extreme easily, but until I get close up the soldiers faces and other details are extremely blurry and less detailed. I'm not sure what the cause of it is but I've tried about everything.
Reinstalled drivers with ddu. Took gpu out of pci e slot and cleaned it. Reinstalled windows. Reinstalled the games.
(Mods have no effect on this. Tried with and without)
So I'll try to rephrase the problem. When I'm further away from a unit the details seem as if they are on low until I get very close then the graphics improve greatly. How do I fix this? (Unlimited video memory is on. Tried it both on and off). It looks like this until i get very close up.

I5 4670k 4.4ghz
16gb 2400mhz ram
MSI R9 390x (OC to 1100mhz)
