Hello everyone.

So I've bought a Rosewill RX306-PU3-35B HDD&SSD docking and duplication station. Along that I bought a 2TB Blue WD drive so I could duplicate the older 500gb drive's files onto the new 2tb. I've successfully duplicated the old drive files onto the new drive using the duplicating docking station. After success, I installed the drive, booted the computer, everything works fine. What windows is now doing is it has only about 500gb of allocated space, while the other 1300 or some gb's of the total 2tb drive is all unallocated.

How would I be able to fix this predicament?

Solution
Hey there, MATechTerminate!

This is a common issue when you clone a smaller hard drive onto a bigger one. You should be able to simply allocate that space into another partition or extend the existing partition. Here's an article from our knowledge base that can assist you with the procedure and make the rest of the 2 TB WD Blue's space available and useable: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=A9bjTe

Hope it helps. Good luck!
