Hi i need help deciding if i should stick with air cooling OR change to All in one Water cooling for overclocking my cpu. I'm planing to overclock my AMD Phenom II x6 1090T to 4ghz.
Here are my specs:
Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme CPU Heatsink x2 120mm Fans
AMD Phenom ii x6 1090t 3.65ghz
Asrock 890gx Extreme4
Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Vapor-X OC
Kingston HyperX FURY Blue 16G Kit (8Gx2) DDR3 1866MHz
Samsung 850 evo 250gb
EVGA SuperNOVA G2 Gold 750W

Will the Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme be sufficient enough for overclocking?
OR Change it to something like:
Deepcool Gamer Storm Assassin II
Deepcool Gamer storm assassin
DeepCool Gamer Storm Lucifer Heatsink
Spire TherMax Eclipse II
Thermalright Archon SB-E X2
Thermalright silver arrow
Noctua nh-d14
Noctua nh-d15
Phanteks PH-TC14PE
Phanteks PH-TC14S
Phanteks PH-TC12DX

Water cooling usually cools more than air cooling.
EK is a good watercooling brand.

That's true but, will air cooling or water cooling be better for it?
What brand/series would you recommend for me?
Obviously I need something to get the job done and keep it under 55c.
Constant high heat & voltage can shorten my cpu life which is not good at all.
