Hi,
My friend needs a gaming pc with monitor, keyboard, mouse, and os (he wants windows 8.1) for under $850. For the os, do you know where you can get windows 8.1 for cheap?
Thanks in advance.

Solution
I have built this PC for you. It has a more powerful, i5 processor than the i3, which is beginning to struggle in games nowadays, and will definitely struggle with any future games. It bottlenecks GPUs.
