Couldn't hurt to put a little more ram, I dont think you can overclock that CPU, I would go for a i5-4690k and I would recommend the EVGA G2 750W or 650W PSU and I personally like having multiple drives in case one fails or somethin. I would have 2 1TB drives (bit overkill) and a 250 or 500gb Samsung EVO SSD. What is the main purpose of the build? Gaming, editing etc.

The cpu is excellent.
I would advise buying a lga1151 motherboard that uses the newer DDR4 ram.
Most any lga1151 motherboard with ddr4 support will do. The one you picked requires low voltage ddr3 ram, not the ddr3 ram you picked.
skylake is insensitive to ram speeds; buy the cheapest 2 stick kit of ddr4 ram that you can find. No need for any heat spreaders at all.

Feedback on that sshd is poor:

A SSHD will not have enough nand chips to be worthwhile.
You should be able to buy a 240gb Samsung evo for the same price.
That is large enough to hold the os and a fair number of games.
It is easy to add a hard drive later for bulk storage of video files and such.

Coolermaster quality is iffy, I do not know about that particular 650w unit.
I would be more comfortable with Seasonic, xfx, or antec. 550w is fine for a GTX970.

GTX970 is excellent and appropriate. You are paying more for a fancy cooler that is not really necessary. You would do just as well with a card with stock cooling.

So you dont like i5-4460, XFX PSUs, micro-atx cases, msi brand, corsair ram, 120GB SSDs and Intel Haswell.
But the HD is a good one, right? LOL.

Guys I am confused one of you tells me that its better to go with 4690k the other tells me to stay with this cpu and also can you suggest a good motherboard for my build and for the same build with 4690k.Also how is this power supply? Corsair RM750 I heard that its good.

CM V650S is a good psu. Both i5-6500 and i5-4460 are good CPUs for a $1k budget gaming build.
Right now usually i5-4460+H97+DDR3 RAM is a cheaper option.
This is enough for great performance w/ any single gpu build: ULTRA settings is a job for the gpu anyway.
So you can direct your money for a better gpu: GTX970->GTX980->GTX980ti.
1080p/all ULTRA settings/+60fps in all AAA games is now only possible w/ the powerful GTX980ti. Not even the GTX980ti can max out everything/every game @1440p.
But the GTX970 is still the best price/performance option for 1080p: close 60fps, mix high/ultra settings in some tough 2015 AAA games.

The i5-6500 is good for not overclocking, didn't see that originally. I never said I didn't like the 4460, I just said that it was locked, I don't like MSI, the ram could've been better for the CPU, I don't like microATX, and he wants 1151 not 1150. A 980ti is what, $600 right now?
