Fine PC, games running nice but then they start lagging and stuttering.

Recently I changed my motherboard and cpu. Bought an amd fx 8350 + gigabyte 970a. Firstly games are running really nicely.. I'm getting around 50+ fps on most of the games, but then after some time of playing they start lagging. The fps is still fine but it's just stuttering and lagging... I'm not really into computers and stuff, so i'll gladly use your help!

Sounds like a temperature problem, Id look at your temps after it starts lagging and see if your cpu is thermal throttleing

Is it possible that it might be from the stock fan of the cpu? It's causing a bit of an annoying sound like a vacuum cleaner, but I read that it's weak. Where can I check the temperatures and should I check them after some gaming?

I'd check them while gaming right after it starts lagging, and usually you need a third party application like coretemp or realtemp.
