I just got new RAM, 2 sticks of 8GB clocked at 1866mhz and was wondering if I could also add my old one stick of 8GB clocked at 1600mhz. I just want to know if its even possible and if it is, would it even be worth it?

Give it a try, would start with the two new sticks and ensure that is good, then add the old stick (don't know what mobo/CPU) am guessing a four slot mobo, so new sticks in slots 1-3 from CPU then add old in slot 2
