Hi. I am looking to start a build with an i7-4790k. The motherboard of my choosing is the ASRock Z97 Extreme6. - Will these be out of the box compatible with each other, without having to update the bios?
Future build consists of (hopefully):
OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU: i7-4790k 4.0ghz
MOBO: ASRock Z97 Extreme6
GPU: GTX 970 4gb (no SLI)
RAM: 16GB - G.Skill ARES (2 x 8gb) - DDR3 1600MHz
HDD: 1TB
PSU: SeaSonic M12II 620w 80 Plus Bronze
Resolution: 1440x900 @ 75hz
Case: Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel
