2 sets of ram getting and IRQL problem

so i have 2 kits of ram one is kingston KHX1600C9D3P1K2/8G and another one is KHX1866C9D3K2/8GX
what timings should i use ?9 9 9 27 1600 mhz ram has irql problems.i have xmp off , my cpu is oc to 4 ghz on all core 1.165 volts i5 4690k , stable. but ram is just bugging me , it happens when i leave my pc and go away , not if im playing a game.. thanks

Even if you brought them to 1600MHz, the voltages are going to be off since one will require more power to stay in line with the other stick of ram at the same timings. The best thing you can do is set the ram timings as 11-11-11-30 at 1.5v for 1600MHz though you will very definitely see more errors. Have you thought about the fact that you're doing more harm than good? The secondary ram stick isn't designed to...

The secondary ram stick isn't designed to run over 1.5v and even if you did make it run higher then you are degrading it's lifespan. Sell them and get a matched pair and your issues will be non existent provided you don't end up with a faulty kit.

We could also make use of your full systems specs to understand if you're on an AMD or an Intel platform.
