Hello, I'm very new to rigs, I have been a console gamer all my life but they have been getting boring since I can't add extra stuff to spice things up. I'm looking to build a gaming pc that can run with little lag to hopefully no lag with price range of 500$-800$ I just want to be able to play any game with no problems. I would like to have the build anyone suggests to include a operating system of hopefully Windows 10 but I will use any if suggested. I also would like fans for cooling if needed to be added and I would like to make sure the motherboard has a Ethernet cord plug in for I can connect to Internet. If needed I can get a 900$ build but would rather stick to 700$ to 800$ for best outcome. I would also like anything else I may need to be added to the build and if possible a hdmi plug in for I don't have to get a moniter. Last I would like to have it to be upgrade able to 16gb Ram in future if needed and would like it to last a couple years without having to upgrade. Sorry in advance if some things I ask for are not possible I'm very new to this.
Thanks

One more thing is the alien ware alpha has been out if I don't build a rig I'm buying the i3 with a 16gb ram upgrade would that be better? I would think not but just wondering.

You prob could shave off a few bucks if you go a cheaper mobo. Up to you. Cooler isnt needed also, but its cheap and works amazing

Do you suggest me trying the alien ware alpha? I have seen reviews on it and it looks decent but I was thinking that building a rig would be better for upgrades and stuff like that. Have you tried this build before? I'm very new to this and just wanna find a good price for a decent computer for all my gaming needs

How much ram should I have? It looks like you have 4 sticks in that are 2gb each, is it better to have more sticks even if it's same ram if I had 2 4gb or 1 8gb also will it be fine temperature wise? Just wanna make sure it's all good, let's say I bought it right now would I be fine pc gaming for a couple years with maybe a upgrade to ram to 16 or should it be fine?

8gb is the standard for gaming. Unless your running a ton of internet tabs and background programs 8gb should be good. If your going to have every app on your pc open then youll prob want 16gb+.

And the 4 x2gb is my person perference. You could go 2 x4gb if you want. Same thing

On the mobo it has a hdmi outlit could I use my tv as a moniter then? Because that's what I hopefully intend to do. Also on this build could I run any game I like with little to no Lag? I don't intend to play on the highest settings because since I've been a console gamer my whole life I'm use to low graphics but if I play games on medium graphics would I have little to no lag? Thanks a ton btw for answering cause I'm new to this and it would be my first rig I have put together

Yeah you can plug a tv in. Though if it has a slow responce time you may seem some in game lag due to your tv not being able to process the signal fast enough. What tv you have?

And yes the 960 can play anything out right now. there might be a few games you cant fully max out, but you can pretty much get high settings on anything

The tv is a samsung 30-40 inch I beleive I will see but it should be one of those. Oh cool I will probably just get a moniter when available but thanks a ton I will save this build and buy it soon. Thanks on support but I will close topic after another message from you about the tv if I should just get a cheap moniter instead

The case comes with a front, rear and top fan. unless you want to buy better fans then you dont need to. Man dont quote me on this buy i want to say the evo comes with paste already. But it never hurts to buy some better brand. I use the arctic mx4. You can buy it for like 3-4$ i want to say.

I wouldnt get a cheaper monitor. But it comes down to your budget and preference. Also your going to be wanting to play at 1080p correct?

Thats the monitor i use, and its freaking amazing. I want to buy a 2nd one when i get the money. You could prob find a more budget monitor from acer, benq, asus.
