Will My 600w Power Supply be Enough to OC My gpu and cpu?

So I have a 600w corsair cx PSU and I have a 8320 fx CPU with a 280x toxic. I was just wondering if my PSU is enough to handle the overclock. If it can't support both I'd be fine with the cpu only.

It is not recommended to do massive OC on that PSU but because it is 600watts it can do some. The question on the CPU overclock is if you have a board for it? Some AM3+ boards are barely good enough for FX 8 core at stock.

at full load, the Toxic can pull as much as 350w, OC putting it up to @372w max. That's huge so be careful with the cpu OC, your system is already capable of @ a 500-525w load max before any OC
