Hi everyone
I have a computer that I need to get some files off of, but the password was changed by an employee who was supposed to help me fix a problem with the machine. I burned a ophcrack onto a dvd and booted the machine from the optical drive. Ophcrack booted no problem, but under the column where my password was supposed to be, it said not found in red lettering. I don't know what went wrong, but it didn't crack the password. The OS is Vista Home Premium 32 bit. Thanks in advance.
