PC won't post on screen but all lights and fans come on. HELP!

Hey,

So i just brought the Asrock H170 perfomance, I5 6500 and new ram to upgrade my old system. Ive just set it up, plugged everything in and built it in a new case (NZXT S340) Everything is plugged in right and the PC does boot it just doesnt show anything on screen. Ive checked the GPU is not faulty at all.

Help would be much appreciated as ive been working on this for quite a few hours and still cant get things to work.

I can't get to the BIOS nothing comes up on the screen

I've since taken the system without the GPU to the shop where i brought the components and they have tested it. They used mobo video and it booed fine so therefore it must be something with the GPU. However I tested it earlier today and it was fine and all the lights come on inside the gpu. I honsetly have no clue what i going on. All of my connections are fine and seated

its a new system and im trying to post (reusing the graphics card) the system works but not the GPU for some reason
