I'm building a new PC and I want a good GPU and I'm trying to find the best one that's under $350AUD which is around $250USD. I'm currently looking at 'Gigabyte radeon R9 380 G1 4gb' but I wanted to know if there were any better ones with a similar price.

Beside the R9 380, I would definitely go for a GTX 960 (4 GB Edition of course), which usually go for about $210-240 USD. Another option, however, would be to wait and save up some money, and go for an R9 390/GTX 970. But obviously, this is your choice, and when it comes to under $250 USD, the R9 380 and GTX 960 (a 4GB Edition one) would be the best choice.
