It really depends on what you plan on using those drives for, but having in mind the "real world" read/write speeds they have, I don't think you'd need a RAID 0. You can just as easily go with one drive and RAPID mode set to "on" and the other as a regular SSD for secondary storage (or vise versa if you need the secondary storage drive to be the faster one).
With RAID 0 you'll have no redundancy whatsoever and if one of those drives fails, you'd lose all of your data. Besides, the speed increase you'll get is not worth the risk in my opinion.
