asus a58m-k i/o shield

hi,
yesterday i was building a computer with asus a58M-K motherboard and the metal square on keyboard PS/2 port was blocking the installation of I/O shield then I bend that square down the motherboard .... Pc is working fine until now it was turned on for some hours . I will have any problem because of this on future ?

If you mean that you bent the I/O shield, no. Nothing will be damaged. The shield isn't part of anything. It's there purely to protect. If you bent something on the mobo, just don't use that port. Like, ever. Then again, If you are using it now and it works, everything should be fine.

I bend a metal square that is on Front of the PS/2 keyboard port and I bend it down , i am not sure if it´s down could be touching the motherboard or not .Yeah i was using the pc for some hours yesterday but not that port yet.

actually have that BSODed once , but i think that was because my wifi card because aftter my pc doesn´t booted with that card and I removed the card and the pc booted again , and shut down pc again and installed the driver of the card and is fine until now.

Is the metal square on ps2 port on the mobo that i showed to you

ok i marked the square in metal .... I bended that square back because of blocking the shield . Now i don´t know if I could have problems with that or not ... :S
