I intend to configure my CPU to automatically shut down at a certain temperature. How can I do it using sabretooth mark 1BIOS, if it can be done at all?

There´s no such function.

You can adjust fan speed with profiles so the fans will behave accordingly (smart settings will turn up fan speed accordingly to temperature.)

If you have high vCore temps , then you should adjust CPU LCC (load line calibration) and Power Phase Control which probably is set to maximum. It may result in a drop of 20c or similar.

Overclockers may have better result at setting LCC at high settings, but max is not recommended, as you´d be risking overheating your cpu (shorten lifespan or ultimately fry it).

Power phases also affects overclocking, but more in regards to stability than how high and overclock you can get.
