so my power supply can handle this card and my case can fit it ?

I own a i5 4460 coupled with a MSI GTX 970 4GB and it is amazing!, maxes everything no problem and stays at 60fps 1080p.

Also you said you want to upscale well this card has the dynamic super resolution feature which makes the GPU render at a higher resolution then downscales it to your 1080p monitor in a way of antialiasing, everything looks amazingly sharp.

This feature is great for old games like oblivions, just cause 1 and 2, Skyrim, Fallout 3 and I have also tried it on all the bioshock games.

Also Nvidia cards offer MFAA which is multi-frame antialiasing, I use it on Hearthstone to get rid of the terrible jaggies and in my much older games. MFAA is very demanding though as I have seen my GPU shoot up 20-30% usage depending on the game (also if your getting weird white pixels on the edges of structures this can fix it in many cases)

thank you very much :) so in egypt i have only 2 brands gigabyte r9 390 g1 gaming and sapphire r9 390 nitro but i think r9 390 nitro will not fit into my case so is it good to buy gigabyte or not ?

Nowadays pretty much all GPU brands are good enough for standard use. Each does have its strengths and weaknesses, and even the same brands can have differences depending on the model, but these differences are mostly how quiet the card is, bundled software, overclockability, power usage, size, weight and so on.

To run a GTX 970 it is recommended you have a need a 500w PSU, I have a corsair CX 500w and its totally fine even with all the hate people give it.

Some GTX 970's may need a slightly better PSU as some are overclocked out of the box, you would have to check the manufactures site.
