CSGO is launching and then closing, software issue?

So basically when I turned on my PC this afternoon to game, after I played Fallout 4 which ran fine, when I tried to start up CSGO it refused to start properly. The game would launch, black screen and then close. During this brief period Steam reports that I am in-game. This problem was not present when I played yesterday.

I've tried to:
Update drivers
Reinstall CSGO
Update to the latest version of Windows 10
Verified integrity of game cache

My computer specs are in the signature.

Ok I thought the problem was fixed but apparently after I turned my computer back on after hibernation, the problem still persists. What I did yesterday to fix it was completely uninstall and then reinstall the drivers and it worked, but now it does not. Anyone got a solution for permanently getting rid of this?
