Solution

For a gaming pc. You got the priority wrong.
You don´t need an expensive i7 CPU, 32 GB rams are way too much, 3 TB HDD (Do you really need that much?), overclock mobo without overclock cpu and bad price/performance videocard.

You´d want something like this instead:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Wow! Thanks Victorion. Great help. About the processor. I currently have an i3-2120 @3.3GHz. How much does the suggested i5-4460 differ? can u explain it to me?

i3-2120 is a dualcore cpu with hyperthreading. That means it has 2 physical cores and 2 virtual cores.
It´s an older tech that only supports DDR3 1066/1333

i5-4460 is a true quadcore cpu and slightly faster in all types of tasks (single and multithreaded). It also has turbo-boost support, meaning it will automatically go to a slightly higher clockrate when needed.

i haven't set a budget yet for a specific component... although im willing to go upto 1,00,000 INR (1508 USD) for the entire CPU.
