So a few days ago I built my pc and haven't installed windows on it yet so when I was about to install Windows I turned my PC on and it didn't say press delete or anything but it went straight to "put in a bootbale media" what do I do?

You need to read your manual to determine the key(s) to hit during the boot to get into the bios -- if it is a home build desktop machine it would most often be hitting the delete key when powering up. Often you have to change the bios selection to show the boot up instead of showing the motherboard/computer maker screen.

To install windows you will generally want to have either the DVD or USB stick installer in when you power on and then hit the appropriate keys to select the boot device, which should also be in the manual. And it would also help to have a clue as to which version of Windows you are trying to install.

It would really help others to answer your questions if we had a hint of what hardware you have, so consider...
