Attempting repairs laptop

I have only just got my laptop it has nothing on it and has gone on to attempting repairs this has been sense 3pm this afternoon

So the laptop was working previously, but is not giving you an error when you turn it on? If it is running startup repair, have you allowed it to progress all the way to finish and see what message it gives? Startup repair can take an hour or more at times.
