Will a 450W PSU be enough for my build?

GPU: Radeon R7 250 Asus 1GB Edition
CPU: FX-4300
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M LX3
8Gb DDR3 1600 Ram

So I am thinking of buying the FX-4300 CPU and started to wander if my 450W psu could handle it. Right now I have the Athlon II X2 240e CPU and the 450w seems to be enough.

In theory, yes. In practice, it depends on the PSU's quality and there aren't many affordable quality units below 500W so if your 400W is a generic "included with case" thing, chances are that its short lifespan will get shorter.

The PSU wasnt included with the case, I bought it seperatly and turns out the PSU is 450W. Its the Aerocool VP-450. Here is the site http://www.aerocool.com.tw/index.php/power-supply/value-series/48-power-supply/value-series/460-vp-450-information .
