Stick with my 3x 660 ti's or should i upgrade?

So i have had my build for a while now but the system is getting noisy becuase im using a antec dark fleet df-85 case with 8 fans + the fans of the gpu's

Would it be worth it to upgrade to a single card (970/980) or would it not really improve my fps on games?

I mostly play games like GTA 5, CSGO, BF, Minecraft etc.

Current setup:
Mobo: Asus maximus IV Extreme-z
Cooler: Corsair H100
Cpu: i7 2600k @ 4.7ghz
Ram: 24gb 1866mhz
Gpu: 3x 660 ti's

considering you play those sort of games i'd reccomend upgrading, you could sell the 3 660ti's for a good amount and in return have less dirver issues good enough performance and reduce all the noise and heat they're producing. It'd be alot more simple a configuration and just work better with alot of games and programmes.
