can't log in please help

Got windows 7 and after it says preparing for first time use where I have to either make a name or press continue, all the usbs in my pc stop working so I cant type or click please help also my keyboard and mouse do work in the bios. Just until I choose my launching mode it stops working

borrow another keyboard from someone just to get past this point, ones windows setup is complete your problem will most likely go away.

you may have to try a different keyboard / different USB port, or play with BIOS settings related to USB.

what is your motherboard make and model and the keyboard make and model?
