There is a 4 pin female connector on my PSU where the mollex connectors are and I don't know what it goes to. I feel like the 4 pin connector is suppose to plug into my SYS-FAN port on my MOBO? I think it is a fan control plug but that's why I came here is to make sure before I plugged it in and fry my board.

Solution
NO it is the old 4 pin floppy connector mostly not used today! Only connections to the motherboard are 24 pin board and 8or4 pin CPU power!

Agreed with rolli, its just a 4 pin power connector for floppy disk drives, so unless you use floppy disks is useless. All you need is the 20+4 pin for the motherboard the 4+4 pin for the cpu power, PCI power for gpus and sata and molex power.
