Hello. I am kind of a noob when it comes to building PC's, so I don't know if the parts from below are going to work/fit together. I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me. (There are actually 2 builds that i need to know if the parts work/fit together)

Build 1
Motherboard: Gigabyte H81M-S1, 2xDDR3, 2xSATA3, 2xSATA2, mATX
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GD5 Overclocked Twin Frozr GAMING (N750TI TF 2GD5/OC)
CPU: Intel® Core™ i3-4170 Processor (3M Cache, 3.70 GHz) socket 1150
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Blue HX316C10FK2/8, 2x4GB DDR3, 1600Mhz, (PC3 12800) CL10, 240 pin
HDD: SEAGATE Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB, 7200RPM, 64MB, SATA 3
Case: FLOSTON CFLWINNER II, USB 2.0, 500W, ATX, mATX / Spacer Galaxy, 2xUSB2.0, mATX, ATX, SPC-3096-30C, 500W 12cm silent fan. (Not yet decided here)
Monitor: Will be an 1366x768 VGA.

Build 2
Motherboard: ASROCK B150M-HDV/D3, chipset B150, socket 1151, 2xDDR3, 6xSATA3, mATX
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GD5 Overclocked Twin Frozr GAMING (N750TI TF 2GD5/OC)
CPU:Intel® Core™ i3-6100 Processor socket 1151(3M Cache, 3.70 GHz)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Blue HX316C10FK2/8, 2x4GB DDR3, 1600Mhz, (PC3 12800) CL10, 240 pin
HDD: SEAGATE Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB, 7200RPM, 64MB, SATA 3
Case: FLOSTON CFLWINNER II, USB 2.0, 500W, ATX, mATX / Spacer Galaxy, 2xUSB2.0, mATX, ATX, SPC-3096-30C, 500W 12cm silent fan. (Not yet decided here)
Monitor: Will be an 1366x768 VGA.

Also, will these parts work/fit without needing to do some updates first? For ex: I just want to put them together and work right away, not to update the bios in order for my CPU to work or something like that. (Without needing to put in another part in order to update something so the right part could work etc)

Now, I am also taking suggestions for other, cheaper, motherboards that work/fit with the 2 builds above. But suggest them only if the CPU will work without having to update the BIOS. (Even if you will leave a motherboard suggestion, I would still like to hear your opinion on whether the parts in the 2 builds fit/work together)

My advice is to use PCPartPicker. It's a website that will allow you to save a parts list, and it will automatically check for compatibility, show you different retailer's prices, that sort of thing. CPU's should work in any motherboard you can fit them in, provided the motherboard and RAM are from the same 5 years.

Use of PC: mostly Gaming at 60 fps in 720p, in-game quality settings don't matter to me, whether they are on low/high, all i want is 60 fps on 1280 x 720/1280x 768/1360 x 768. I don't want to change any parts though, since i did a lot of research and i know that what i built can give me what i need. Just need to know if the parts that i choose will work/fit without any complications like i said in my main post(for e.g needing to update the BIOS in order for my CPU to work, which would mean to buy another CPU that works with the mobo BIOS version, do the update and then put the main CPU)

PSU: I plan on buying a case that already has a PSU since the combo is cheaper, if i buy them separately then i will go over budget(which can't go over 485$-500$)

But if i will go with those parts, will the work or not?
