I was planning on building myself an i7 bases build. At the moment I wanted to order all parts, a few weeks ago, I noticed the delivery time on my processor was more than 2 weeks. I live in the Netherlands so that is why. I couldn't wait this long so I decided to not order my parts. After thinking about my computer I figured I won't use it as much as I was planning on when I started saving up for it. So I decided to go for an i5 Skylake build, which is a bit cheaper than the i7 Skylake one. This is my list so far:

So I will explain why I went with these parts:
CPU: Really my only choice for i5 Skylake, I wanted Skylake because it is more futureproof. I'm planning on using this PC for atleast 3-5 years with as little upgrades as possible.
CPU Cooler: I'm not planning on hardcore overclocking and this one is cheap and seems to be popular and the basic choice. Open for alternatives though. I've had a look on the Cryorig 7 aswell but in my country the price is double.
Motherboard: I'm not sure yet. This build is supposed to have a black-green theme after I LED the shit out of it. So preferably no red MB. I was thinking about Asus Z170-A or Gigabyte GA Z170XP SLI. I don't need too much out of it. I don't know alot about motherboards either. Just need something that does the job.
Memory: I originally was planning on 16GB (2X8) but I decided to go with 8GB for now and upgrade later. Just because it will be a bit cheaper right now. I don't know whether to go with 2X4 or 1X8. I have 4 slots so if I go with 2X4 and I will upgrade it later I will have maximum of 16GB. With 1 stick I can upgrade more if 16GB is not enough in the future.
Storage: SSD: Solid (get it?) SSD. 16€ more than 120GB so decided to go with this one
Storage: HDD: Cheapest 2TB in my country, I'm starting to get into youtube so I will store my videos and programs on here. Important programs on SSD ofcourse.
Video Card: Good experience with Gigabyte. I heard people saying I should go with MSI but I don't like the black-red theme of it. Neither will be a bad choice. I liked Gigabyte its looks.
Case: Beautiful case, quite basic, but many features.
Optical Drive: nearly the only one available here, doesn't really matter which one to get.
OS: Windows 10 is the newest so why not?

Thank you so much for your time. I'd love to get some answers to what I listed above. Take the black-green theme into consideration and also that I'm a (small) Youtuber. Need to record and maybe stream in the future. Not a ton of editing but still some.
Cheers!

If you plan on streaming while you're playing, the i7 is definitely the better option. The i5 is a great processor and will handle anything you throw at it, but you may notice a performance hit once you start streaming/recording during gaming sessions.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately that one is not available in my country. Also I don't need the parts to be black-green necessarily. I just don't want some red and some blue here and there. I want as much black as possible so when I put LED's in I don't notice some red parts anywhere.

Do you think it will be worth the extra money though? If I buy the higher end processor I also need a higher end cpu cooler and maybe more. I think the i5 will be good enough for me even if I stream while playing, I might be wrong though. I don't think it will be worth €300+ to stream at a higher quality every now and then??
