I was updating BIOS on a new build when I saw that it was taking more that 4 hours to finish. So I manually powered my PC down to try to re-update bios when I went back on. But now, nothing appears on my monitors and I can't do anything. Also, I did not flash bios. Please Help! My motherboard is an MSi Z170A Krait Gaming and I tried to update it using MSi Liveupdate. Thank you

Looks like your board really needs to be RMA'd. This is what's called "bricked" the MB.
like was said, you will almost certainly have screwed the bios.never do a hard shutdown when the bios update is running.i wouldnt even try fixing it unless spooky2th idea to reset the bios works.in addition i would hold the power button down for 10 secs or so with the bios battery out and the psu shut off.

I tried doing that, but my monitors sill show nothing. Is there anything I could do before RMAing it?

One of the first steps in a BIOS update is to erase the existing data before writing the new data in. Check your board documentation if there's a backup or dual BIOS, you may need to set a jumper or maybe even a DIP switch to access it.

Shouldn't have to if the OS was working and stable. Install the boot drive in the same sata port and any other drives in their respective ports and see what happens. The first thing I would do is boot into bios and set optimized defaults then enable XMP profile1 for the memory and etc. Then save settings and exit to boot. If a different model board, there might be problems.

Edit:
After a bios update or a reset, you will have to set up the bios again, every time.

There usually are problems that come up if you try to switch a boot drive to another MB. Different boards have different drivers and configuration files. Sometimes you can get lucky. Still will have to load the new board drivers and etc. Then do a good registry cleaning. Wise registry cleaner is a good app for that.
