Random lag spikes that lasts a second 780TI

Hello,

Since a week or so I've been having problems. My PC is having little lag spikes that lasts like 1 second. My screen freezes and my sound is also frozen for a second. I am not sure if it's GPU, PSU or CPU but I have got the following setup:

i5 2500k @ 4,5ghz CPU cooled my mugen v2
750watt corsair PSU
780ti MSI @ not overclocked GPU
p8p67 motherboard
SSD 250gb samsung
HDD 2tb
8GB RAM

Anyone has a idea what It could be?

Im sorry, it is when I am playing games but also when I am idle on my desktop.

I also searched on the forum and found: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2100775/random-ssd-lag-spikes.html

Now I checked my SSD and it has been slower then 2 months ago, when I put it in, but I am not sure if this is the issue?

As you can see it was way faster then it is now.
