So right now I'm pulling about 0.21 mbps... Earlier today I was pulling 12 mbps. Even earlier I was pulling 27 mbps not sure why my connection gradually gets worse over several hours of use. I had this issue, I reinstalled my driver and that fixed it for a week. Now it's back, I reinstalled again. Nothing. Still a god awful crap connection. What the hell do I do!?
I'm on an MSI Z170A Gaming pro motherboard. realtek rtl81ce Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC network card.

I'm so angry. And I need this issue fixed.
Please help.

A lot of times built in wireless isn't the best. I suggest maybe getting a separate wireless adapter or just getting Ethernet. I don't know where your router is located, but for instance with me I just wire it through the wall; I drilled a hole and moved it through, since my router is in the room across from me.

No other computer suffers from this issue, I know for fact no one is torrenting. Could it be something with my motherboard, a built in msi software that throttles?

Is it killer network drivers? in that case yes, go into killer settings go to network, and uncheck bandwidth control.
