Before I launch into my explanation of what I've tried, here's what I'm talking about: http://imgur.com/a/bRfnu

The spikes are usually a lot worse than that, usually around ~650ms to THE ROUTER.

I've tried changing to two different BRAND NEW routers, but that didn't change anything.

The spikes are only when using wireless. I've moved this PC to an Ethernet accessible place, and no spikes occurred.

It is not my PC, as it happens on 2 different laptops and another PC (that is usually wired).

TWC support did something with my router settings that had no effect. (Yes I rebooted the router multiple times after they finished)

The spikes tend to happen around every 30-45 seconds, making CSGO, Rocket League, Rainbow 6, etc. COMPLETELY UNPLAYABLE. I built this PC for a reason! :(

PLEASE, ANY HELP IS IMMENSELY APPRECIATED!

while it may be fixable what you describe is exactly why i never use wireless for gaming unless i have to. Things to try would be make sure your router is in a central location of your house not near any speakers or devices that give off magnetic/electrical fields. Also if your living in apartments or someplace a lot of other wireless signals are you may want to use a router with the 5GHZ band (though it is less effective penetrating walls then 2.4GHZ) you can also manually set your routers speeds and bands in attempt to avoid interference. Try seeing what bands your neighbors are using and don't use those. Some routers have the capability of checking the bands in use locally. in the end a wired connection is always best.
