Computer Specs. Are they good enough?

Plan on building a computer, the gamer xtreme 1000, with a:
i5 6600k 3.5 mhz
ASUS Z170-PRO GAMING ATX motherboard
8gb ram dual channel
Nvidia GeForce GTX 950 2gb
500 watts power suppy
for about $1.1k
Is it a good deal? will it be able to run most of the new up coming games? like csgo LoL, battle front 3

the 950 will go 1920x1080 gaming on 'high' for most games, Ultra will be hit and miss.
it's the bottleneck point in the build though

The 950 is a lower end card. It is a good card but it will be what limits you to your game display settings. That is what he means by bottleneck
