Connecting two networks in the same house

hello so in my household i have the isp's wireless router in which i have two devices currently connected to it. I added my own wireless router which connects my other devices. the isp network address is 192.168.0.1 while the other is 192.168.1.1 my questions is there a way in which i can make the networks connect with one another? i saw some solutions online but most gave the solution of making the primary router have dhcp while the other static but won't that make it just one network?

im a newbie in networking so correct if im wrong. i assume it's two different subnets because i get no replys when i ping a device from my 192.168.0.1 network to my other device in the 192.168.1.1 net

no it doesn't actually lol but it's just one of those thing i need know
