Is this PC enough for future games and how long til i need to upgrade

I have an i7 6700, asus strix gtx 970, 16GB ddr3 1600 mhz, 240 GB kingston ssd, 1TB WD blue. I know this is an alright PC but will it survive the future games and software and how long until i need to upgrade something? Cheers in advanced

you will be good for a long time, That CPU is really good. You might have to upgrade the GPU, but you can by the same gpu after like 3 years, and run them both together, for double power.
