Hey Guys,
Quick question i am running my 6600k at 4.5Ghz stable with 1.355ghz Voltage - H100i Watercooled. Temps using Aida 64 for 24 hours peaked 63 Degrees.
I have not attempted to push further or reduce voltage just yet!
I am wondering if its bad to keep the voltage static at 1.355? Can someone please advise?
I am currently using the MSI M5 Gaming Motherboard and cannot find the option that allows the voltage to drop if its best to do this
Apparently you should have an offset voltage but i have read MSI does not have this feature.
Does anyone know what option i need to enable to allow Voltage to drop when not under load in the MSI Bios?
If having Static Voltage keeps the chip alive for at least 2-3 years i'm happy
Appreciate your help!
Rob
