hello! ugh first of all, im not an expert please just be specific for what should i do, and what i should not.

umm i want to install some games on my PC which has amd-a8-5600k processor and 4gb ram. im only using its integrated graphics chip which is i believe radeon hd 7650D ( i saw it in the dxdiag part display tab ). i want to install assassins creed/dying light. i already got games on it like CSGO, and dota 2, playing it on medium-high settings resolution 1024x768. I got around 40-60 fps which for me is good. Im wondering if i can play assassins creed/ dying light on my pc. If i cant, what can you advice. also what can you advice me to prolong my pc's health.

BTW i got a friend which is saying he can play farcry 4 on ultra settings with these specs.

i3, 8gb ram and GTX 560 graphics card. so i wanna compare my pc to his pc. well just to know what i got. i want to know how crappy/good my pc is, so that i know what are ther do's and donts just to make it healthy. THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Solution
your A8-5600 should be able to play the games, though likely at lower resolutions (like your 1024x768) and graphics settings. overall, your CPU processing power and graphics capabilities are lower than your friend with the i3 and 560.

Add another 4gb of ram, and a better graphics card, and you would be doing far better. Which graphics card to get, depends on budget, and what make/model power supply you have. I wouldn't get anything beyond a GTX 950, with that APU, though. Anything more would be a waste, as your APU would bottleneck it. Even the 950 would probably be bottlenecked, to some degree, but price/performance wise, the card is a great deal.

That's really good for an APU graphics engine. How fast are your RAMs?

The GTX 560 is a twice-the-watt-pulling rough equivalent to today's R7 260X or GTX 750ti. Either of which would be a nice step-up from your APU graphics.

The 750ti is the most efficient card of the lot and is the best choice if you plan to keep an **if-fy* power supply.

Otherwise --- what's your plan? You can buy a really nice 1440p monitor for less than $300 that you can keep forever, relatively speaking.

The APU graphics can temporarily push 720p in 1440p with likely good results. The CPU is quite snappy -- like the Athlon X4 750K -- and with decent air run at 4GHz+. The APU graphics is only 256 'Turks' Radeon cores -- half that of the Kaveri/Carrizo APU GCN cores. That's even less heat to dissipate.

As far as a discreet GPU, don't mess around. An R9 390 or GTX 970 is $300 or less. The R9 380 or GTX 960 $200 or less. Otherwise, the R7 260X or GTX 750ti around $100 is suitable at LESS than 1080p but roughly the speed of the old GTX 560.

Don't mess around with your power supply, either. Snag a high-rated model with a 5-yr warranty. With an SSD for around $100, that would be a great place to start.

If you want a good upgrade for cheap here's an option.

I bought a 7950 at Christmas time last year used on ebay and is still kicking along, no plans to upgrade yet anyway.

For a budget power supply, I run this one.

Those 2 things and an extra 4gb of ram ought to make the system scream compared to where it is now.

wow. so many answers! thank you all guys! Well, i dont plan on upgrading, since im just a student.. you know, no cash-in. i just wanna know if i can play those games even in the low settings, specially dying light.

if i can play those games can those harm my computer? i mean i only play dota2 for like 2-3 hrs in a day. and seems like nothing bad is happening/ changing in my computer's performance.

BUT THANKS GUYS! FOR ALL YOUR RESPONSE :)
