I have been getting FPS stutters and spikes when I play ANY game. It starts off smooth when I play (no stuttering, nothing) after a while of playing FPS starts dropping for like 2 seconds continuously, I don't know anything about computers but this also happens in small games where graphics aren't GREAT, like pixel games, I noticed that the fan starts becoming loud when this happens. please help i searched everywhere but can't find a solution, nothing worked thats why i'm making this post
